What you're buying

Quiet Appetite sells downloadable PDF guides ("the kit"). After payment you get immediate access to a download page. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Immediate access and your withdrawal right

If you live in the EU, UK or Switzerland, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts. At checkout you're asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose the withdrawal right once access begins. Your receipt email confirms this.

Our 14-day money-back promise

On top of your legal rights, we offer a voluntary promise: if the kit isn't for you, message us on Instagram (@theequietappetite) within 14 days of purchase with your receipt email and we'll refund you in full. If your download doesn't work, message us and we'll fix it.

Prices and updates

Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. The launch price ends on 6 January 2027. Buyers get future updates to the kit they bought at no extra cost, through their download page.

Personal use

The kit is for your own personal use. Please don't share, copy, resell or publish it, in whole or in part.

To the extent the law allows, Quiet Appetite isn't liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the kit. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
